Hello,
I only see Tandem mentioned, not Tandembox plus. The Tandembox plus is no longer available. It was replaced by the Tandembox Antaro. Maximera is similar to the Tandembox Antaro but, unlike the RATIONELL drawers, has a completely different box height.
The cabinet slides, as with the RATIONELL, have a nominal length of 530 mm (21 inches), which does not exist as a Blum standard. The holes for mounting the slides are also in different positions.
Tip-On does not work with the BLUMOTION slides, and for the new Tip-On with soft-close, special slides are also required. Until now, this was only available for the Legrabox; according to Blum’s website, it will soon be available for the Tandembox as well.

For Maximera, there are only the UTRUSTA push-to-open fittings or the electric Blum Servodrives. I believe Robiffm has used the UTRUSTA push-to-open fittings with drawers, and that is supposed to work.

Tandem <> Tandembox. These only fit the Tandem undermount slides.

Hello IKEA expert,

what do you mean by Tandem <> Tandembox?

So the IKEA Tandembox Plus rails are not undermount rails, meaning these tip-on modules definitely won’t fit!?

After further research, I also found these:

However, they are only available abroad. They should fit though. In the various product images, you can see exactly the same rails as those from IKEA.

Tandem under-mount slides are designed for wooden drawers and are not compatible with metal drawer frame systems.

You could use these cabinet slides if they were available in the nominal length of 530 mm (21 inches). Blum will manufacture them for you if you order 1,000 pieces.

All right. Okay, I give up.

Thanks for the help!

The rest of the kitchen is also handleless :/

I tried the push-to-open door openers. They work, but it’s not the ideal solution.

Which Blum drawers with integrated Tip-On would fit IKEA drawers? I might replace the slides and keep only the IKEA drawers.

Does anyone know how far the Tip-On drawers need to protrude from the cabinet to open by pressing?

Best regards

Blum cabinet slides won’t fit because there are no slides with a nominal length of 530 mm (21 inches). You can try using 550 mm (22 inches) slides, but they won’t fit perfectly and you will have to drill new holes to mount the slides.

If the aversion to handles is that strong, consider installing servo drives in the cabinets.
