ᐅ Ikea Rengöra door closes too quickly again

Hey,

I have the Rengöra dishwasher.
The panel is installed, and everything is great.

However, the door closes with a lot of force when it is in the lower position, and only a fully loaded rack can keep it down.
I read that some other dishwashers have an adjustment screw to regulate the spring tension. But I couldn’t find anything about that in the user manual or installation instructions.

Do you know a solution to this issue? Or is this normal?
Does the door on your dishwasher stay down on its own even if nothing is resting on it?

That sounds very strange. Springs for adjustment are apparently no longer available on newer dishwashers. It’s best to contact customer service.
