manuelw0w7 Jun 2016 19:37Hello everyone,
I have been the happy owner of a Pax for several months now. However, since last week I have been having an issue with my two sliding doors.
When opening one side, both doors get stuck as if they are wedged together and can only be pulled about 20cm (8 inches) apart. After that, it seems like a component is blocking the doors firmly (pulling harder didn’t help). On closer inspection, I couldn’t find anything obvious; both doors are still properly seated in their tracks and can slide smoothly back and forth.
I have adjusted both sides multiple times and even without the locking mechanism, I couldn’t separate the doors. Maybe someone has an idea what else I could try.
Thanks in advance for your help!

I tried, but I couldn’t identify anything specific. However, I believe that all the rails at the bottom are fine as well, but I will take another look.
Best regards

manuelw0w11 Jun 2016 19:33We were able to solve the problem today.
After loosening the bottom track, we noticed that one of the screws on the front door was loose (the screw was not immediately visible because it was next to some padding).
When opening the cabinet, the screw repeatedly rubbed against the back door until it became loose and caused the door to jam.
We were unable to securely reattach the screw, so we have now removed it.
The main thing is that the Pax works again.
