ᐅ Is the Ikea Pax Malm different from the current Pax model?

My dream is finally coming true—I’m buying a Pax wardrobe next weekend.
It will be a “used” one from classified ads, but that’s not the main point now 😉
My question:
According to the seller, this model hasn’t been available for a while. What exactly has changed with the Pax Malm sliding-door wardrobe? 😕 I hope I can still get interior fittings for this model, because that’s the main reason I wanted a Pax. Unfortunately, this model only has 2 plastic drawers installed... I need more 🙂 preferably wooden ones 🙂

The PAX MALM sliding doors were available until recently. However, the new KOMPLEMENT interior fittings for PAX also fit in the older wardrobe.

Yay, now I can’t wait anymore. Hopefully, the previous owners built it properly, otherwise I’ll have a problem if the screws don’t hold.
