Hello everyone!
I’m currently assembling my new Pax wardrobe (Lyngdal, 2m (6.6 ft) x 2.36m (7.7 ft)), but I’m having an issue with the sliding doors. The front sliding door, which runs on the inner track, doesn’t fully slide open to the left; it stops about 15cm (6 inches) before the left edge. I can easily slide the inner door past it without any problem. I have no idea why or where the outer sliding door is getting stuck. When closing, both doors align flush at the outer right edge.

This is inconvenient because I cannot pull the trouser rack out from the right half of the wardrobe, as the front door doesn’t close flush on the left and blocks the right side by those roughly 15cm (6 inches).

Does anyone else know this problem and have a tip for fixing it? This is driving me crazy…

I don’t really know the cabinet, but with a close look, it should be possible to see where the door is getting stuck.
Is it on the top track? The bottom track? Or on the other door’s track?

Are there any scratch marks? Any scratching noises?
Is the top track positioned centrally/as per the instructions?
Could the stopper on the side be too far toward the middle?
Is there anything (packaging debris) stuck in one of the track grooves?

I don’t have any more ideas beyond that.

Hello!

I have the same problem. Has anyone found a solution for this yet?

Additionally, I’m experiencing an issue where the inner door doesn’t fully close to the left, and I’m missing about 2-3cm (1 inch) to the closing rail... However, I noticed that the left stopper on the top rail for the door is positioned further from the end than the one on the right side, which at least explains the problem with the inner door. But why can’t the outer door be pushed fully to the left?

Maybe some of you already know something about this?

>thanks in advance

I don’t know if this will help you, but we managed to fix it by adjusting the left stopper, and ever since it’s been working… no idea how exactly… we simply moved the left stopper all the way to the left, and now the second door also opens fully…

I also have a problem with the sliding doors. The doors don’t close completely. I have checked the instructions again. In the forum, it was mentioned that there are two long slat components, A and B. In my case, there are no markings. How can I identify them? I cannot adjust the rollers at the top; their position is fixed. It seems that on the outer door, the rollers are not positioned far enough to the outside.

I’m really frustrated.......

I found the solution. The doors were not hung correctly.....
To make it easier: remove the stopper on one side and do not install the lower sliding components on the doors yet. Then hang the doors from the top, sliding them in from the side, and only after that attach the lower sliding rails to the doors. This makes it much easier (after 2 hours of fiddling, taking them on and off, and trying).
