ᐅ IKEA PAX/Komplement drawers are not sliding smoothly and are noisy.

Hello, I bought a Pax/Komplement wardrobe last November. The drawer runners do not slide as smoothly as those in the display wardrobes; they are much noisier and less smooth. Does anyone know this issue and can recommend a solution? Or would it be advisable to report this to IKEA?

It may be that a track is broken. Does it make a scratching noise when opening or closing?

Or the track might not be properly installed. Check under the drawer to see if it is seated correctly or if it rubs against the sides. Remove the drawer and inspect each track individually. This way, you can determine if a track is damaged. Then take the damaged track to IKEA for a replacement. Don’t forget the receipt, otherwise there could be problems... But that goes without saying...
