Hello,

I’ve read a lot here already, but unfortunately I haven’t made much progress and I’m starting to get a bit frustrated. 🙁

I have the GX 51 (S52N52X1EU) dishwasher from Neff. I also have the Vario hinge. Now I want to install it in my Metod kitchen, which has Bodbyn fronts. What is the best way to do this? Right now, I’m a bit overwhelmed by the front panel options. Can I just use a simple 60cm x 80cm (24in x 31.5in) front, or does it require complicated custom work?

I have to admit, I didn’t fully study the installation instructions in detail beforehand, and now I’m a little confused. What’s the best way to solve this? Returning the dishwasher would be difficult.

Thanks in advance for any ideas and suggestions!

Best regards, snohvit

I obviously meant the concealed hinge

Could I possibly connect a 10cm (4 inch) front and a 60cm (24 inch) front at the top to create a 70cm (28 inch) front, and then attach a 10cm (4 inch) front at the bottom for the clip hinge?

Would this meet the requirements for the hinge? We have a dishwasher that is 86.5cm (34 inch) high.

What do you think?

Hello, there is no other option but to try it exactly like that if you want to use the very expensive folding hinge.

The alternative is to install the device using the Stefan method.
