The picture of the plot is not oriented to north, right? According to the site plan images, the driveway is from the east? Then the south side is the shared wall with the other semi-detached house? Is that correct?

The concept of retiring to the ground floor is already a declining trend. Relax your requirements by avoiding this complication.

Well, whether this is a declining trend or not – we want to implement it this way for various reasons.

@ myrna_loy – I can't really make much sense of your comment. Whether the layout works for you personally or not wasn’t my question.

I would appreciate suggestions on how to make it a bit more space-efficient.
