Hello!
I urgently need your help!
I would like to retrofit drawers into my existing kitchen, which is NOT Ikea. I thought I could simply install the Maximera or Utrusta parts. How wide exactly are those? On the website, I find the dimensions 60x60 cm (24x24 inches). Is that the exact width, or does it just mean that they are for a 60 cm (24 inch) wide cabinet?
My cabinets have a clear internal width of 57.5 cm (22.6 inches)...
It would be great if someone could help me!
Best regards,
Marion

please order the parts directly from your kitchen manufacturer.
The internal width of 60cm (24 inches) IKEA cabinets is about 56.5cm (22 inches). I don’t have the depth offhand, but they are almost ALWAYS deeper than cabinets from other manufacturers. This means that even if you manage to adjust the internal width somehow, the depth might not fit. Furthermore, the drilling patterns for Utrusta and Maximera are definitely different from those in your kitchen. Properly adapting them so that the drawers still run smoothly is tricky to impossible.

There should be 54 cm (21 inches) of depth available, or a bit more if used as internal drawers.
METOD cabinets have an internal width of 564 mm (22.2 inches). If the width is larger, small strips could be installed between the cabinet and the drawer runners to compensate. As Nayla already mentioned, new holes need to be drilled. This is quite feasible if the runners are placed on a shelf, clamped with screw clamps, and then the holes are drilled. To ensure the holes are centered, it is recommended to slide a 6 mm (0.24 inch) brass tube over the 5 mm (0.2 inch) wood drill bit. When drilling, care should be taken to prevent sawdust from getting into the runners.

Thank you very much for your responses. Unfortunately, I have no chance with the kitchen manufacturer – they no longer exist. So, I won’t be able to avoid doing some DIY... I will probably start by testing it with a drawer first. If it turns out to be too complicated, I’ll just leave everything as it is for now...
