ᐅ Looking for a drilling template for IKEA FAKTUM cabinets with RUBRIK doors

Hello,

while assembling two older Faktum horizontal wall cabinets and installing new RUBRIK doors (opening upwards), I noticed that there is a special drilling template included with the FAKTUM cabinets for drilling the door-side fixing holes. Unfortunately, this drilling template is no longer available. Searching for the corresponding PDF files online and on the IKEA website did not yield the desired results. Can anyone help me with this?
