Hello,
which door hinge (opening angle) do I need for the door of a built-in refrigerator (AEG SKS81000F0) in a Metod tall cabinet? There is about 15cm (6 inches) of space next to it until the wall stops the door.
At IKEA, kitchen hinges are available with 95°, 110°, 125°, and 153° opening angles.
When I set up a tall cabinet with an IKEA built-in appliance in the IKEA 3D planner, a 95° hinge appears in the parts list. That seems too little to me; the door of my built-in refrigerator opens wider than 95° when not installed, and I would like to be able to open the fridge door as far as possible. It simply makes cleaning easier. 🙂
And do dampers on a refrigerator door even make sense?
Thanks in advance!
