ᐅ Adjusting the IKEA UTRUSTA Hinge for a Horizontal Door

Is it possible to adjust the hinge so that the door "locks" in place at a 90° opening? At the moment, I always have to hold the door with one hand, which probably isn't how it was intended to be used.

If you loosen the springs, the door will stay open at 90°.

You need to increase the tension in the springs so they can hold the door open properly.

This is how misunderstandings arise. I assumed the door would open the full 107° and that you would need to hold it at 90° to be able to reach it again to close it.
