(We live in the Stuttgart area)This reminds me of a visit to a home fair with a kitchen exhibition in PF.
The display kitchen could have been purchased for half price after the fair. A few days later, I visited a kitchen showroom (I think it was in S-Vaihingen), where a Blanco sink was in the window for over €700, even though it could be found “regularly” (online) for just over €300...
I quickly decided to avoid such showrooms…
Price? Better to get 2 or 3 more quotes…
(I would find a black kitchen terrible) 🙄

The display kitchen was available for half price after the fair. A few days later, I went to the kitchen studio (I think it was in S-Vaihingen), where they had a Blanco sink in the window priced at over 700€ (about 770 USD), which you could normally buy online for just over 300€ (around 330 USD)…
I quickly decided to stay away from such studios…
Price? Get 2 or 3 more quotes from other contractors…
(I would find a black kitchen terrible) 🙄 S-Vaihingen is close to us. We obtained several offers, ranging between 27,000€ (about 28,400 USD) and 30,000€ (around 31,600 USD), but with somewhat different specifications (Ballerina, Häcker, and Next125). I understand the dislike of a black kitchen; we only chose it because our kitchen is illuminated from two sides.

(Our installer joked last week that separate steam ovens today are like bidets in the bathroom in the 1980s – if you wanted to keep up appearances, you obviously bought one, but maybe only washed your feet in it 😀).
