What comes to mind when I look at the bedroom: do you both get up together in the morning, or why would one disturb the other when getting up and dressed?
Where should the TV go in the living room? Sorry, I don’t understand what you mean. We don’t get up together.
What do you mean by your question?
The TV should go where the double sofa is.
I really like the floor plan. Although the entrance area with the "double" hallway on the ground floor and the open space above on the upper floor wastes a lot of space, the effect will definitely look very cool.
Oh, and 500,000 for the house with a basement, never. 600,000 including fittings will most likely not be enough either.
Where are you planning to build?

Oh, 500k for the house with a basement? Never. And 600k including fixtures will probably not be enough either.
Where are you planning to build? Building in Hagen (NRW). Yes, my wife only wanted to spend 600,000 including the plot, now we have planned 600,000 excluding the plot. Let’s see what it ends up being.
But at 43, I’m not going to build again, so “why be stingy”—it has to be GOOD!
I will build smart and I still have 50,000 in my secret stash.
We saw something similar in terms of floor plan at a prefab house park in Wuppertal, and it was the only one we liked right away. Yes, it wastes a lot of space, but you could install an elevator if something should happen or so.

Yes, when money is no object and there’s still some cash stashed away in the secret compartment, let’s go.
I hope you mean Smart KNX and not a wireless solution. Okay, money does matter, but I won’t skip a second floor for the kids' rooms or something like that just to save 50,000.
No, not a wireless solution. I will install Loxone, which can be expanded with Air modules, but is based on wired technology like KNX.
