Hello, I need your advice on how to create a better layout for the master bathroom – utility room – children’s bathroom area.
Requirements:
Children’s bedrooms are on the south side.
The children’s bedrooms should be approximately the same size. The utility room should accommodate a dryer and washing machine since we are building without a basement.
Thank you for your help.

Hello, the entrance is on the west side (pink) – north = main road.
The staircase is deliberately oriented to the north because we felt the stairs facing south (kitchen/living room) seemed more distracting, especially in the show homes.
I have re-uploaded the drawings as .jpg files.
I’m particularly interested in your opinion on the adjusted upper floor image, as I plan to have the drawing modified accordingly.
Regards & thanks for the helpful responses. I just reviewed this again.
There is a 2 m (6.5 feet) height difference according to
and you want to have the garage and ground floor at the same level? Steep driveway?
Or… how is this planned?
Are there any elevations or other views from the architect’s plans?
In my opinion, this is not possible without a specialist. And a draftsman is not a specialist.
Dear building forum, I have purchased a plot with a foundation slab. Now a house is supposed to be built on it. Our architect has disappointed us. We are now hoping for the draftsman and for your help. We already like the ground floor quite a bit, but the upper floor not so much. The requirements would be....
Then there is advice on page xy to downsize the house. You could also have responded to some of the inquiries.
But anyway, joking aside. The fact that the upper floor is not properly dimensioned is a huge time setback, in my opinion. However, it shows that the stairwell area does not work as planned. At least one meter (3 feet) is missing at the top of the plan to create a proper room there.
You have also been so fixated on the ground floor that you deemed it perfectly fine without further review here. This again clearly shows that all floors depend on each other and must be considered together.
So, what now?

Hello, I modified the upper floor from the original plan in the software.
Regarding the stairs, you are right.I’m not sure if you fully understood me. It’s not about the small difference you highlighted with red lines; it’s about the dimensions indicated on the exterior walls. Even without the exact measurements, you can tell that the guest toilet is just under 2 meters (6.5 feet) wide, while your bathroom/bedroom in the same space measures about 3 meters (9.8 feet).
Edit: if I also add the thickness of the walls, it’s only about half a meter (1.6 feet)… but such details are still important when planning.

That the upper floor is not measured correctly is a timing disaster What exactly do you mean by not measured correctly? The upper floor is deliberately shorter in the Y direction to keep the square meters from becoming too large. On the ground floor there is a bay window, with its top used as a balcony. To mask the overhang, the balcony was extended.

But you really got stuck on the ground floor I agree with you there. We liked it and wanted to adjust the upper floor accordingly. By now, though, I don’t like the ground floor that much anymore. So all layout variations would be possible, at least as far as the drainage pipes in the basement are concerned.
