Hello, I need your advice on how to create a better layout for the master bathroom – utility room – children’s bathroom area.
Requirements:
Children’s bedrooms are on the south side.
The children’s bedrooms should be approximately the same size. The utility room should accommodate a dryer and washing machine since we are building without a basement.
Thank you for your help.

Was able to copy it over. But the upper floor doesn’t match the ground floor at all. It’s also a different upper floor than the one in #55.
From the plan, the ground floor has much less area compared to the upper floor.
And quite a few things don’t add up: the staircase has different dimensions on the ground floor compared to the upper floor. Roughly calculated, the staircase length on the ground floor is just under 3 meters (about 10 feet), while on the upper floor it measures 2.40 meters (around 7 feet 10 inches)…

What would be your suggestions to accommodate the rooms shown in the drawing? In my opinion, there is no variation of a floor plan where the rooms are neither swapped nor the walls moved. At least that was the latest information I had. Children’s room must be at the bottom of the plan. Bedroom, dressing room, and bathroom are fixed in place. So where do you start? What can you adjust? On the gable roof house?
I don’t understand why you are investing so much energy in creating your own design. Where is your architect?
Hello, I never said that it couldn’t be changed. At the time, I just mentioned that we would prefer to have the children’s rooms placed on the south side, where they are currently planned.
I shared your input with my architect, but in the end, we parted ways on bad terms. Unfortunately, we have the major issue that the concrete slab has already been poured. Possibly a small advantage is that it was poured in a rectangular shape.
