Hello, I need your advice on how to create a better layout for the master bathroom – utility room – children’s bathroom area.
Requirements:
Children’s bedrooms are on the south side.
The children’s bedrooms should be approximately the same size. The utility room should accommodate a dryer and washing machine since we are building without a basement.
Thank you for your help.

We bought the plot with the existing concrete slab. So the basement pipes were already installed. Ouch!
Now I naturally wonder what other thinly sliced confessions might still come. After your recent humorous hint, I had assumed that at least the concrete slab was poured under your responsibility as the builder, and that the construction was only paused due to disagreements about changes to the floor plan layout.

Demolition should ideally be avoided. The concrete slab isn’t particularly small, and it should definitely be possible to make something suitable out of it. In that case, you didn’t consider the slab to be a legacy issue and didn’t deduct demolition costs from the land price, but went ahead with what seemed like a bargain to the architectural draftsman (?) – yet the question

What is the design for which the slab and ground pipes were installed – could that at least be a useful starting point? should definitely have been asked (and answered positively!). Anyone selling a plot in a hurry—hopefully not because of a botched (or incorrectly poured) slab—will certainly be glad if someone takes over their architect fees (?).
I would absolutely recommend checking all quality aspects of the concrete slab now (hopefully there is photographic documentation of the construction up to that point), otherwise the architect's and builder's warranty exclusions might far exceed the “value” of the slab.

Do you have the foundation slab plan including all utilities? At the very least, you should be able to access the full set of plans through the building authority, since the foundation slab requires approval before construction.
