Hello, I need your advice on how to create a better layout for the master bathroom – utility room – children’s bathroom area.
Requirements:
Children’s bedrooms are on the south side.
The children’s bedrooms should be approximately the same size. The utility room should accommodate a dryer and washing machine since we are building without a basement.
Thank you for your help.

Hello kaho674, I wouldn’t call myself resistant to advice. I have considered all your opinions and suggestions and looked at everything in detail. The current plan is my favorite.I don’t see that, neither with regard tokbt09 schrieb:
My approach for a parent’s area is always to arrange access so that it leads through the closet space, and from there branches off to the sleeping area and the bathroom area.
Here are a few examples: .......... nor inkbt09 schrieb:
Hmm... Access to the dressing room directly next to the head of the bed. Bathroom entrance also at the narrowest spot.
How are the 13 sqm (140 sq ft) of the dressing room supposed to be used effectively? How should it be furnished?
...... @Admin ... unfortunately, linking by post numbers still doesn’t work, it only links to the whole thread. So here are the full quotes... I’m also not getting a reply regarding this issue
... sorry for the off-topic
Yvonne also pointed out the lack of width for a functional T-shaped bathroom, etc.
All of this is included again in the current plans submitted “for approval.”

If you don’t always want to hear the same arguments, maybe you should try to explain your decisions a little more instead of just writing “we decided.” After all, we do put in effort and don’t just write “bedroom accessed through dressing room,” but also provide good reasons for it.
Other than that... you have my blessing, I don’t have to live in the house .
Hello, maybe I should also do a reset here regarding the floor plan.
We bought the plot with the existing slab. Therefore, the basement pipes were already installed.
The slab is built rectangular. The existing drawing was created based on that.
But I can't come up with any new ideas, and I didn’t know that kbt09 does something like that.

Have you already calculated the cost of demolishing the structure? With the given drains and dimensions, you really have taken on quite a challenge. What does the plan look like for which the slab and main pipes were installed—is it perhaps usable as a starting point?
