ᐅ Front door, manufacturer?, affordable

Hello everyone,

we are looking for a good door manufacturer. Unfortunately, our general contractor can only offer us wooden doors, but we would prefer not to have wood. We are considering an aluminum front door.

Which manufacturers are your doors from? And what did they roughly cost?

Why no wood – why aluminum? Just curious.

We simply do not like the feel of wood, but I guess that’s a matter of personal taste. From your post, I understand that you are choosing/getting a front door?

We have a door from Hörmann and are very satisfied with it.

Of course, we will have a front door – accessing through the windows is a bit complicated.

I think you meant the material – yes, it will be wood.

@Jochen104 - do you know which door model you have from Hörmann? I have already looked at Hörmann, but they wanted 4000€ from me ;(.
