Oh dear, I suspected this. To be honest, I’m not proud of it, but when so much hard-earned money is involved, I tend to be stubborn. Fortunately, I have a husband who is loved by all salespeople and agents; he’s very likable and manages to smooth things over without costing us anything extra.

I would really like to “buy immediately” if I had a basis for making a decision. But the homebuilding companies simply don’t provide that. When every detail is guarded like a state secret, it’s not my fault the process takes so long. I had even planned for us to sign the purchase contract four weeks after the initial meeting … which could have worked with more transparency and openness from the builder’s side.

We had a preliminary selection appointment with Schwörerhaus. Although it was rather basic, it helped us decide which doors, tiles, and additional features we wanted beyond the standard options.
Beforehand, we had already finalized details such as the fireplace, window sizes and positions, floor plan, and shower area.

In addition, we chose a large double bathtub.

We were able to sample options at Dennert in advance, and all prices were known from the very beginning. By the way, in my opinion, they are also the only company that genuinely delivers almost prefabricated houses.
