perhaps experts in the forum can better distinguish between the two providers Schwörerhaus and Streif Haus?! Schwörerhaus is often described as a premium provider offering many features as standard, while Streif Haus is seen more as the best value in the mid-range segment.

Is that accurate? What are your experiences?

Yes, there is a lot to read if you have the time. Advantages are relative. Have both provide their scope of work descriptions and decide for yourself what you want and need.

I prefer the term specialist, but yes, I can. For over forty years.

You have quite accurately described Streif Haus’s brand self-image. But would you say Mercedes is not premium? (They were only late in including the second side mirror free of charge.) The typical Schwörerhaus customer has a higher annual income and is closer to management level compared to the typical Streif customer. Weberhaus and Huf Haus are positioned above both.

What is your goal with this question: do you want to know which of the two you should bet on to offer you your house at a lower final price, including what the kebab vendor calls “everything”?

Whether specialist or expert, both face the same problem here: you haven’t shared anything about yourself or your house plans—how could anyone then sense which company would suit you better?
Read through the homebuilding roadmap, complete “Module A” with your architect, and then be surprised during the resting phase by the outcome of that initial decision. Ranking names is not helpful.
