Hello everyone,
perhaps experts in the forum can better distinguish between the two providers Schwörerhaus and Streif Haus?! Schwörerhaus is often described as a premium provider offering many features as standard, while Streif Haus is seen more as the best value in the mid-range segment.
Is that accurate? What are your experiences?

At least is the slab foundation included in the offer? Yes, it is included. And all individual requests have been taken into account. Of course, variable additional construction costs are planned here at 40,000–60,000€ (44,000–66,000 USD). Then, of course, the kitchen, solar panels, and so on.

Please anonymize the offer and share it along with the construction scope. LAN and power outlets have been planned according to our wishes (not yet detailed to the last point). But I understand what you mean. I will anonymize it and upload it together with the construction scope in the next few days.
