Hello everyone, I am looking for helpful tips and experiences on how to make Billy shelves childproof. Specifically, I am interested in effective measures to prevent tipping, as well as how to secure sharp corners or loose parts. Are there any proven methods you would recommend for the long term, especially when there are small children in the house who like to climb or pull things off the shelves? Thanks in advance!
A little positive input: I’ve additionally secured the shelf with these transparent child safety straps, so the top shelf section can’t be pulled down easily. It’s a cool addition to wall mounting 😊.
Exactly, that combined feels very stable and gives a good sense of security.
