Hello everyone, I am currently planning to install an Ikea Pax wardrobe in a room with a sloped ceiling. Since I want to focus not only on the appearance but also on the functionality and stability, I would like to know: What should I definitely keep in mind when assembling an Ikea Pax wardrobe in rooms with sloped ceilings? Specifically, I am interested in how to properly adapt the wardrobe to the angled wall, tips for installation under sloped ceilings, and which special parts or modifications might be necessary to ensure a neat and sturdy fit. NoValentin18 Sep 2019 13:56Sliding doors are really perfect for sloped ceilings because you can easily adjust their height flexibly. Cutting standard doors to fit the slope can quickly lead to a messy result. It’s better to use a sliding system and adjust it, which works very well for me.

sonJohnn4919 Sep 2019 07:28Also important: Make sure to always secure the cabinets to the wall. This is especially crucial with sloped ceilings, as cabinets can otherwise tip over or become unstable. It’s best to use the included wall anchors from Ikea, as they are strong enough.
