ᐅ Spare part for Ikea Faktum kitchen urgently needed

Hi!

I’m almost at my wit’s end. Three years ago, we bought a house with a fitted kitchen. Unfortunately, the front panel of one of the drawers broke off. During a visit to IKEA, I found out it’s a Faktum kitchen. Since the front panel and the drawer itself are still fine, I only need the plastic parts that connect the two. But I just can’t find them on the IKEA website (Faktum spare parts service).

Does anyone know where I can get this part and what it’s called (item number or similar)?

this is not a RATIONELL drawer for a FAKTUM kitchen. Do all the drawers look exactly the same?
Please also take photos of the drawer from the side, the rails without the drawer, and the front bracket removed.

This is not an IKEA kitchen. The drawers are from Hettich, Quattro full-extension slides with Innotech drawer sides.
