I am completely frustrated. At the beginning of October, I was at the Ikea store in Kiel with a purchase receipt for a Pax wardrobe that my sister-in-law bought. I wanted exactly the same wardrobe and approached an employee right away. She immediately discouraged me because the Pax Birkeland sliding doors are being discontinued and were no longer available in Kiel. There were still some in Sindelfingen, so I had them reserved immediately. After a lot of back and forth, I managed to persuade my aunt (she lives in Baden-Württemberg) to pick up the doors, and I also found a shipping company that wanted to deliver the doors relatively cheaply to the north. When I noticed at home that the reservation only included one door, I called the service center the next morning. The lady confirmed this and said she would reserve a second door for me. Today, my aunt was there in person but still only received one door. There are no more doors available.
😕 😕 😕 Does anyone still have a PAX BIRKELAND sliding door 2.36 m x 1.50 m (7 ft 9 in x 4 ft 11 in)?
