Hello everyone,

I have had this new meter cabinet for a very long time. However, I am concerned that it might no longer be allowed for installation. Can someone provide a clear answer on this?

Hager label with model ZP231X18S, protection class II, IP43, 230/400 V, DIN VDE 0603/T.1.

Open distribution cabinet with fuse modules, busbars, and cables (brand Hager).

Why do you think it is no longer allowed to be installed?
Unfortunately, I can only check on my phone right now. The Hager Univers Z is the standard cabinet and is definitely still orderable.
Maybe the data fields are not completely up to date. However, that is not a big issue.

I really have no idea about that. It probably depends on the number of copper busbars. But that’s my problem. I just don’t know if the person who said it’s rubbish actually knows what they’re talking about. Still, I would be annoyed if I threw away something that works.

Yes, that’s correct. You need five… at least in our case. But it depends on the type of network. I’m not sure if it might be different in other states. Unfortunately, my apprenticeship was too long ago for me to know for sure.
Nevertheless, the cabinet can definitely still be used. You can detach the elements from the black parts on the outside and remove them completely. Then put new ones in. The right section is definitely still usable as a standard field.
I can’t really say anything about the other two at the moment, as I mentioned.

Thanks, I’m trying to give it away. It’s in the way.

Ebay Classifieds. The wardrobe without panels costs a mid three-digit amount.
