Hello everyone,

I have had this new meter cabinet for a very long time. However, I am concerned that it might no longer be allowed for installation. Can someone provide a clear answer on this?

Hager label with model ZP231X18S, protection class II, IP43, 230/400 V, DIN VDE 0603/T.1.

Open distribution cabinet with fuse modules, busbars, and cables (brand Hager).

Great! I hadn’t thought of that at all! That alone made it worthwhile!

You can get the field units that match the respective network operator relatively cheaply through wholesale. If you no longer need them, definitely sell them. They will definitely sell.

Thank you! It was almost in the trash!

Yes, so that the next person experiences the same trouble as you.
I don’t think that’s right.
This cabinet can’t even be upgraded or converted to meet the new required standard.
It’s a complete failure.
Maybe it’s suitable as a tool cabinet.

I’m not upset; I still have it available. For me, the question was whether to throw it away or keep using it. And some posts definitely motivated me to sell it. If someone doesn’t want it, they don’t have to take it.

Just out of curiosity: why can't it be converted?

Swap the middle panel with the APZ panel, and install one on the left with an EHZ socket for TN-S. What else is missing?

By the way, I still have an APZ panel for the 1050 Universal Z here...
