ᐅ Are the Ikea Utrusta (Metod) and Integral (Faktum) cabinet door dampers compatible or the same?

Hello,
can someone tell me if the dampers for the door hinges remained the same when switching from Faktum to Metod?
In other words: Can I use the new Utrusta door dampers for my Faktum kitchen with concealed hinges?
There are no dampers available in the Faktum replacement parts store.
