Therefore, I recommend tightening the screws firmly by hand but not with maximum force – it’s better to adjust later if the drawer doesn’t run smoothly.
It also helps to test the drawer by pulling it out and pushing it back a few times and checking for resistance to identify where the problem is.

The handle recess is usually installed only after the drawer is fully assembled and in place.
This has the advantage that you can better grip and control the drawer while aligning and attaching the handle. It also helps prevent damage or scratches to the handle recess during drawer assembly.
Some people do install the handle beforehand, but this increases the risk of the recess shifting or being damaged.
My tip: Assemble the drawer completely, slide it in, then attach the handle recess.
