Dear community, I have a small problem. It seems I overfilled one of my drawers, so the bottom one can no longer close because a scarf is stuck behind it. However, the drawer cannot be lifted out or unscrewed (there are screws on the sides near the rails, but they cannot be removed).
Do you have any suggestions on how I can either get the scarf out or temporarily remove the drawer?
Many thanks.

If the side panels are coated with plastic, the rail might be slightly "stuck" to it. Once the two screws are removed, try giving the drawer a firm pull, but be careful not to tilt it upwards, downwards, or sideways. Grip it as much as possible at the sides, not the front.
