Hello everyone,

I need either the part number for the pictured "dowels" (IKEA in Kiel promised they would order them under this condition) or 24 pieces of them – unfortunately, my three cabinets from the old Effektiv system did not survive the move completely intact (the dowels can be tightened firmly only ONCE; the second time they unfortunately break).

The dowels are 38 mm (1.5 inches) long and have a diameter of 6 mm (0.24 inches) on the "insertion side" (left in the picture). They appear to be made of zinc alloy (?) with a plastic coating.

Can anyone help me either with the part number (my preferred solution since I would like to hold IKEA to their word) or with the dowels themselves?

Thanks in advance

Without an installation manual, it will be difficult to identify the part number. Check if the Rapid quick-mount anchors from Hettich or the Minifix expansion bolts from Häfele can be used somehow.

I suspected as much, thank you IKEA expert.

In parallel, I'll look for the anchors you suggested and then post whether they work.
