no, the software doesn’t raise the dishwasher because it is designed for a 90cm (35 inch) countertop height. You are therefore missing about 5cm (2 inches).
But that’s generally not a problem. The best solution is to get some cheap boards or panels from the hardware store, place the dishwasher on them, extend the toe kick in front to match the height of the adjacent cabinets, and that’s it. No one will see the (makeshift) construction behind the kickboard, but you will have the dishwasher at the correct height under the countertop.
