The service at IKEA was great back then, and the installation (done by IKEA, not sure if they still offer that) went smoothly. We were definitely satisfied, as everything still works except for the rotating carousel. I’m not quite sure what happened to the carousel; it must have warped over time. The stove broke down during the warranty period but was replaced. There was just a bit too much phone communication involved to claim the warranty.

We have a Vorwerk kitchen, which is of course excellent. However, it may not be within everyone's budget.
What was fantastic about Vorwerk was that the representative didn’t bring catalogs to and from the appointment, but actual kitchen components. Yes, the things you don’t see in the store were available to touch and feel. The quality also looked very high-end right away.
So far, we are satisfied.
