ᐅ Corner-to-corner cabinets in the kitchen

Hello everyone,

We have currently planned our existing kitchen into the floor plan of our house. Now we are concerned whether the cabinets that are placed corner to corner can still be opened.

I have marked this accordingly below. The corner of the kitchen area itself is empty, so the cabinet next to the sink and the cabinet on the other side are positioned corner to corner.

Actually, that’s not possible. It doesn’t look good either.

At least a corner trim of 3–5cm (1.2–2 inches) on each side is necessary. We have 10cm (4 inches) on each side.
