I want to split my 400V connection using a splitter into 2 phases for the induction cooktop and 1 phase for the oven. According to IKEA, this is not a problem. However, IKEA says the cable for the oven must not run under the sink or behind the dishwasher. This would be prohibited and the Hermes Home Service would refuse to connect it. Is that correct? I have read different statements from electricians. Besides, there are waterproof cables available. Also, the outlet for the dishwasher is located under the sink. I am a bit uncertain now.

Thanks in advance

The best person to advise you on this is an electrician. They need to be familiar with the VDE regulations.
The cables are definitely waterproof; the problem is probably with the faulty splitter. It's better to have a different outlet installed, like a Merten 521044 or a socket designed for the oven.

I visited IKEA again today due to a change and spoke with a different employee in the kitchen department. I described the layout of the appliances and wiring as if I didn’t know anything about it. This employee saw no problem with routing the cable that way... hmm

By now, there is an "official" instruction that installers must lay it according to the customer’s request. Unfortunately, some still refuse to do so. If something happens, there can still be issues with insurance.

An electrician should not charge more for replacing the stove connection box with a double-chamber box or an outlet next to the stove connection box than the cost of a power splitter. Get a quote and compare.

To reassure everyone: Hermes has now connected it this way and didn’t even look puzzled. They also didn’t want to use the cable duct I had provided to protect the cable.
