Hello,
can someone tell me if the above refrigerator will fit into the IKEA Metod Korpen cabinet? I want to install the refrigerator in a tall cabinet, probably the 220cm (7 ft 3 in) ME722 model, or the ME717 (200cm (6 ft 6 in)) with a 40cm (16 in) top cabinet. I read something about fixed door and sliding door techniques (which IKEA apparently uses) through the search function. So my question is, can it still be done somehow? I assume it shouldn’t be a problem, right?
We chose this appliance because it offers 3 Biofresh compartments and the small freezer section is actually enough for us. We also considered a freestanding fridge/freezer combination, but an integrated appliance simply looks more uniform, plus no freestanding model offers 3 Biofresh compartments.
