I have the following washbasin cabinet Godmorgon 799.030.44, everything is great except that adjusting the drawers just doesn’t work. On the sides, there is still a gap at the top. I have already turned the adjustment screw all the way, but the gap remains! Can anyone help???? Moving up and down, as well as left and right, is no problem, but on the side it is not flush... What could be the mistake?

IKEA-Experte9 Mar 2015 18:47A gap of about 2 mm (0.08 inches) is normal. Is the rubber buffer attached to the front not touching the cabinet body?
The gap at the top of the drawers is about 8mm (0.3 inches) and at the bottom maybe 1mm (0.04 inches), forming a triangular gap.
I haven't attached the rubber buffers yet!!! The manual says to adjust these gaps using the little wheel at the back of the rails... but honestly? That doesn't change much... there must be a trick somewhere or I'm missing something... I don’t know what to do next.
