I’m looking for inspiration for our bathroom design. The existing bathroom will be completely renovated. We want a walk-in shower, a bathtub (mainly for the children, so it doesn’t need to be the focal point), space for two people at the washbasin, and a toilet that is somewhat screened off.
The layout of the bathroom fixtures is not correctly shown in the plan. When entering the bathroom through the door, there are two washbasins on the right, followed by the toilet. On the left side, there is first the shower, then the bathtub.
We welcome any ideas!

The drawing in #20 has two major issues:
1. The shower has no splash guard as shown. There should be a glass door, curtain, or something similar. Otherwise, the bathtub area will get wet.
A wall about 160cm (63 inches) long would be needed to prevent water from splashing into the room.
2. The wall behind the washbasin is long, with a privacy screen next to it: this divides the already very small bathroom and reduces standing and movement space. Do you have 3 children? The privacy screen should definitely be no more than 80cm (31 inches) high and very short in length. 80cm (31 inches) is too long.

How long would the wall by the shower need to be so that the splash water doesn’t end up in the room?

You have 3 children? Two children. I’ve already considered installing a new bathroom cabinet instead of the wall, similar to the current furniture layout. That way, we would have storage space and at least a slight separation.
In my opinion, there is a lot of space between the toilet and the exterior wall. Maybe the toilet could be moved closer to the wall to create more room between the washbasin and the toilet.

Then I would make the partition walls only 2 m (6.5 ft) high, about the same height as the shower door. You just need to find a bathtub that fits.
Of course, no water will splash out. This would also work with a shower curtain.
I wouldn’t want a cabinet as tall as the existing one. It takes away the spacious feel of the room.

Of course, nothing will splash out there. You could even use a shower curtain.Without a door, water will definitely splash out.If you really don’t want any door, then you would have to position the shower as Katja suggested.
You can use Homebyme. It also has a 3D function. You can import your plan, and just one measurement is enough to create a sketch with everything you want.

That’s why I planned to install a door.
