Hello everyone,
After months of waiting, our shower doors finally arrived. Unfortunately, the door in the guest bathroom broke into thousands of pieces during installation. Fortunately, I had hired an installation service from the manufacturer and didn’t install it myself. The installer was lucky to only be startled and was unharmed. Apart from some damage to the walls and tiles, we have a shower tray in the guest bathroom which has several small chips.
Is this serious, or are these primarily cosmetic defects?
There are repair specialists for bathtubs and similar surfaces. Does it make sense to use such a service, or should I insist on a replacement? Can they restore the appearance perfectly?
Best regards and stay healthy.

As you can see, you don’t see anything—just grey, graininess due to underexposure, and then a blurry spot, which could also be a light fluff casting a shadow.
… a tip Off Topic:
Such damage or defects should be photographed in a way that allows the exact location to be identified a) within the room b) on the bathtub (top, side, bottom). The measuring tape, which should be placed next to the damage, should also be visible in the overview shots. And then focus: you should be able to clearly see the outlines and what you are describing.

As you can see, you see nothing – except gray,Thank you for your advice. I would have applied it earlier if I had known that the paint would run towards me.
But now I will know better for the future.
Update:
The manufacturer of the bathtub has accepted the claim and will replace the bathtub at their own expense.
Currently, the tiler is being mobilized by the general contractor and will come next week. He will assess the site to determine how the work can be carried out and how many new tiles will be needed.

Here is a final update:
The bathtub was replaced, the tiles were ordered from the general contractor and reinstalled, and we paid exactly €0.00. Everything went smoothly, and it was all completed within 3 days!
I'm glad I didn’t let anyone talk me out of filing the complaint..
