ᐅ Tile installation quote. Review

Hello. My girlfriend and I are planning to build a house. In the bathrooms upstairs and downstairs, the walls should be tiled all around up to a height of 1.50 meters (5 feet). In the upstairs bathroom, the wall behind the bathtub is only 90 cm (35 inches) high. (The layout of the bathtub and toilet is provisional.) Both showers will have rectangular drains with the appropriate slope for drainage. The shower partitions upstairs are 1.90 meters (6 feet 3 inches) high. The partition downstairs is made of glass.

What do you think about the quote? Honestly, it seems very expensive to me, doesn’t it? The quote does not include tiles!

Why are the floor tiles only 3 m2 (32 ft2) and priced so high per m2 (ft2)?

It is quite expensive. Why do you want to tile all the walls? I would reconsider doing that. It’s old-fashioned and costly.
