Be sure to draw the desired furniture to scale.

Why are you positioning the house so far back? Every centimeter (0.4 inch) away from the street costs money.

I would rather start over again.
Even after the change??? Why exactly?

Almost everyone here in the forum has already been through this. You start with a few drafts, choose one, and then optimize it. Often, you become somewhat blind during the process...

Some points have already been mentioned. For example, I find it way too complicated, and the office is too small even if used infrequently...

The toilet right against the wall to the kids’ room (the wall will be thicker anyway due to soundproofing), the kitchen with water supply and drainage next to the other kids’ room, sleeping area next to the garage wall (which must be a fire-resistant wall),

I’m not an architect nor a floor plan expert. Sometimes, however, a reset helps to find a better solution.

There are a few things I don’t quite understand now...
The kitchen is next to the wall of the utility room. Also for cost reasons and so on... but surely not next to the children’s room?
And there isn’t a bedroom next to the garage wall either, right?
Are you reviewing the first draft now?

Ashamed to admit, I still had the initial floor plan open...
But in one of the children's bedrooms, the toilet and shower are located there, while in the other, the sink is on the exterior wall.
In your bedroom, the shower and toilet are on the exterior wall.
With a bungalow, you don’t necessarily have to ensure the drainage pipes align vertically for cost reasons. Depending on the building materials and wall construction, that might be too noisy for me. What type of construction method are you planning?
The office is still too small. The garage might be a bit narrow.

Are you evaluating the first draft now?

No matter which one you mean. Neither is really great.
Actually, both are just a series of rooms lined up. Like in an apartment.
And as long as you don’t answer all the questions people are asking you, the good design will probably have to wait a while.
But getting help or consulting a professional doesn’t seem to be an option?
What do you do professionally, @Bodo1986?
