Hello everyone...

After our first floor plan attempt failed completely, we worked with the architect to develop two more ground floor versions and one for the upper floor. I would like to know which ones you find good or bad, and what you generally like or dislike about the floor plans?! Also, the pantry door is drawn a bit oddly; it won’t actually look like that...

The purpose of the post is to see if anyone still finds any major mistakes or defects.. Nothing major has been changed, that’s true..

It would have been nice to state that before your resurrection post.

No one has noticed so far that the window is too small..

I’m too lazy to scroll back now, but I’m sure that was already mentioned.

There will be a solution..

I don’t see it as a big problem, as long as it’s not going to be a king-size wardrobe.

In recognition of the details already discussed throughout the thread, I say “Build it like this now.” It won’t be more than 95% perfect at this point, but that’s good enough. We have discussed various points, and the differences from the original draft show that the discussion was productive. In my opinion, it doesn’t have to be absolutely perfect.

I have read through the whole thing again.. That was the original.. And afterwards, no one paid any more attention to the window.. We actually didn’t move anything there anymore..

Because the walls are going up and the ceiling is coming on Thursday.. But I’ll give it a try.. The upper floor isn’t built yet.. Do you think it will be okay?! But there will also be roller shutters there.. Not sure if that’s that simple?!

Well, a bricklayer isn’t exactly clueless. Moving a window a few centimeters (inches) to the right or left? That’s no problem at all. Show the plan, mark the changes, update the measurements, check the exterior view again, keep an eye on the electrical installations, have another word with the site manager, and off you go.
And the roller shutters will be adjusted accordingly, obviously.

Best to post the new plan on-site somewhere, in three copies.

Yes, the problem will be that it cannot be moved due to the gable and its proximity to the roof.

...and it would have been noticeable if you had shown the rooms furnished. In fact, it is already noticeable now.
You could also simply make the bedroom window narrower.
