Hello dear forum,
we have light/white spots on our anthracite-colored uPVC windows that, in my opinion, come from the plastering. Although everything was carefully masked and covered, there are spots on almost every window frame. We have tried everything from water to all-purpose cleaner. The spots keep reappearing after they dry. As mentioned, we are not sure if they really come from the plaster, since some are located in places that were 100% masked off. Do you have any ideas or tips on how to deal with this?

schubert798 Feb 2023 19:49It was caused by the adhesive tape. It stayed on for a long time and was exposed to sunlight. Unfortunately, it can no longer be completely removed!

Thank you very much! Let’s be honest. These aren’t stains; the surface looks completely ruined and like it has been on the south side for 30 years.
