Hello everyone, I am planning to buy a new Ikea Pax wardrobe and am deciding on the doors. Since I travel a lot for work and have little time for extensive maintenance, I would like to know: Which Ikea Pax doors are the easiest to care for, especially in everyday use with dust, fingerprints, or minor stains? I mean doors that are simple and quick to clean, durable against frequent wiping, and as resistant as possible to scratches and similar damage. I am particularly interested in how different finishes (e.g., high gloss, matte, mirror) perform in daily care. I look forward to your experiences and recommendations!

Matte finish combined with melamine coating is the ideal pair for easy maintenance. Fingerprints are hardly visible, and a simple wipe with a damp cloth is usually enough.
High gloss may look appealing, but the extra effort required for cleaning is hardly worth it.
