Interior sliding doors have the same standard dimensions as rebated doors, so the rough opening dimensions are also the same as for regular interior doors, namely:

625 x 2000
750 x 2000
875 x 2000
1000 x 2000
750 x 2125
875 x 2125
1000 x 2125
1125 x 2125
