Personally, I would give it a try. If I didn’t feel confident about it, I would screw it to the wall at the bottom. Since the brackets are not available as spare parts, you could, for example, drill through the bottom strip (a small hole at the back, a larger hole at the front), place a suitable small piece of wood or something similar between the wall and the strip, and screw the strip firmly in place.

EinrichtungsNiete13 Aug 2012 02:53Maybe the fasteners are available by chance in the clearance section; at least in the stores I have visited so far, there is a whole box with all kinds of Ikea fittings to dig through and pick from yourself...
If not, I would screw two sturdy (!) wide-angle brackets to the wall so that the panel row stands directly on them. Position and, if necessary, modify the brackets so you can screw the panels to the brackets at the threaded holes intended for the feet (when assembling from the floor up), as shown in the manual on page 11, step 3.
This should hold at least as securely as the left row, which is screwed to the cabinet.
