Hello everyone!
I need some collective wisdom again.

We definitely need light strips installed under our wall cabinets (2 units, 60cm (24 inches) wide) so we can see better while chopping. We tried Ikea strips, which look quite decent, but unfortunately, they are a bit underpowered.

What kind of light strips do you use underneath that don’t cost a fortune? Both strips will be connected to a combo outlet and switch.

We are getting the Naber Rea 1 LED lights, one for each wall cabinet.
The cost for a pack of five is about 150 euros. They apparently produce bright white light.

We have LED strips from Paulmann. There are different profiles available for them...
They come in "warm white" or cool tones. We chose warm, and the lighting is definitely sufficient.

I still owe you some pictures...

And Ikea’s flush-mounted panels for kitchen cabinets? They are very slim and provide nice lighting, even dimmable. They come with a remote control.

I recessed an LED profile strip flush into the ceiling surface. It includes an extra-bright 24V LED strip, a concealed dimmer, and a power supply. The setup is unobtrusive and probably the most cost-effective solution.

I only have an old photo from the construction phase right now.
