kernm23We are currently in the process of planning our prefabricated house.
Does anyone have experience with whether these prefab house manufacturers (Schwörerhaus, Weberhaus, Keitel-Haus) also offer ceilings with LED spotlights? What additional cost should I expect for this?
Thank you.

yes, at least for Weberhaus, I can definitely confirm that LED ceiling downlights can be installed.
The additional cost for the LED downlights naturally depends on the type of lights you choose and the quantity.
We installed a total of 27 LED recessed downlights from Nobile. If I remember correctly, the price was around EUR 120 - EUR 130 per ceiling downlight (including wiring and installation).
However, our LED wall downlights for the stair lighting were quite expensive – the seven lights cost about EUR 200 each.
Regards,
Dirk

We have about half that number... whether LED or halogen shouldn’t make much difference when it comes to wiring and installation. I assume at least the fixture (without the bulb) costs about the same?
Did you have to order these during the house planning stage since it’s a prefabricated house where recessed lights might already be accounted for at the factory, or were you able to order them directly through the electrician during the interior finishing phase, who installed them afterwards?
