Hello,
wishing you all a HAPPY NEW YEAR 2014.
After buying a new Pax wardrobe at IKEA yesterday (and some parts were out of stock), I have the following problem....

Wardrobe frame: H/W/D
1 piece: approximately 2m x 0.6m x 0.5m (6 ft 7 in x 2 ft x 1 ft 8 in)
1 piece: approximately 2.36m x 0.6m x 1.0m (7 ft 9 in x 2 ft x 3 ft 3 in)
Doors: RISDAL (the 2.36m (7 ft 9 in) ones apparently have 4 hinges, the 2m (6 ft 7 in) ones ???)
In which holes are the hinges supposed to be attached?
Then I can already install the hinge fittings and accordingly prepare the interior fittings....

There is no information about this on the IKEA website, and calling customer service failed because the message said: More than 30 people are ahead of you in the queue.

I want to finish the interior fittings and start putting my clothes away already...

Thank you very much!!

Hi
Normally, the hinges are included with the doors.
Unfortunately, the hinge drillings on the doors are not identical on the left and right sides; the middle drill holes are offset.
The easiest way is to attach the hinges to the doors, then hold them against the frame and press the matching part into the holes at the correct height.
After that, install the internal shelving.

Best regards
